Once you have the correct IP (e.g., 10.0.0.1 or 192.168.0.1), type that into your browser.
161.168.1.1 is a public IP address (owned by a US-based ISP, AT&T). It is not reserved for private networks. Your browser will attempt to reach it over the internet, which will time out because that IP is not your router. 161.168.l.l tp link
