Install - 2017 Rev3 Vfinal Delphi Cars Fixed Win10

The original 2017 Rev3 was designed for Windows 7 (32/64-bit) and Windows 8.1. On Windows 10, the following issues occur:

Cause: The Fixed version expects the cable to be in J2534 Pass-Thru mode, not Raw CAN mode. Fix: Open the Tools folder and run J2534_Config.exe. Set device type to "Delphi Mongoose" and Baud rate to 115200. Save. Reboot. 2017 rev3 vfinal delphi cars fixed win10 install
