Aicomi Save -

Title: Great Concept, Needs Polish

I’ve been using Aicomi Save for about a week now, and while the core functionality is promising, there are a few hiccups that keep it from being my daily driver.

The Good: The "Save" function is incredibly fast. I love that I can highlight text on a page and save just that snippet along with the link. The AI tagging is accurate about 80% of the time, which saves me a lot of manual sorting.

The Not-So-Good: The mobile experience needs improvement. Sometimes the share sheet doesn't trigger correctly on iOS, meaning I have to copy and paste the URL manually. Additionally, I wish there were more options to customize the save destination folders.

Conclusion: Aicomi Save has the potential to be a top-tier tool. The AI features genuinely differentiate it from competitors like Pocket or Instapaper. However, until the mobile app stability is improved, it feels a bit like a beta product.

Rating: ★★★☆☆ (3/5)

One of the biggest pain points in AI comics is keeping the hero’s face consistent. AICOMI has a dedicated "Character Save" feature.

To load it later, simply type @Protagonist_V3 into your next prompt, and AICOMI will inject the saved vectors.

Tip 1: Use “Save Points” for branching experiments
Before trying a wild new LoRA combination, create a named save point (File → Save Point → “Experiment - Glitch Style”). You can return exactly here later.

Tip 2: Automate cleanup
Set AICOMI to auto-delete versions older than 30 days (except starred ones). Keeps storage lean.

Tip 3: Cross-device sync
If you work on desktop and laptop, point AICOMI Save to a shared folder. The version history syncs seamlessly. aicomi save

Tip 4: Recovery via CLI
Advanced users can script batch restores:
aicomi restore --project "manga_ch3" --version 44 --output ./recovered

  • Optionally compress with zip:
  • Keep multiple dated backups (at least two: pre-patch and latest stable).
  • The most serious interpretation. As AI-generated comics explode in popularity, many artists and writers are asking:

“How do we save human authorship in the age of Aicomi?”

In this context, “aicomi save” becomes a rallying cry for:

The Problem: AICOMI saves metadata locally by default. If you have generated 1,000+ images in one session, your browser’s local storage (usually 5MB-10MB) is full. The Fix: Title: Great Concept, Needs Polish I’ve been using

Just started using Aicomi Save and I’m honestly impressed. 🤯

Most "read later" apps just dump links in a folder. Aicomi actually uses AI to sort and summarize what I save. It’s cut my research time in half.

Pros: Fast, smart categorization, clean UI. Cons: Still waiting on a dark mode! 🌙

If you hoard browser tabs like I do, you need this extension.
