An ASRock B450 board does not have REBAR support in official BIOS. User opens the BIOS, navigates to PCI Subsystem Settings, changes Above 4G Decode to Enabled and Re-Size BAR Support to Auto, flashes, and now supports SAM (Smart Access Memory).

Intel charges a premium for Z-series chipsets (e.g., Z690, Z790). B-series and H-series boards often have overclocking menus completely hidden.
