Once you have the official ApneaLink_Air_Setup_v10.2.exe file:
Cause: USB driver not properly installed or Windows updated and overwrote the driver.
Solution: Reinstall the driver manually. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\ResMed\ApneaLink Air\Drivers, right-click install.exe, and run as administrator. Then unplug and replug the device.
