Before the installer actually launches, set compatibility properties:
Now double-click Setup.exe to begin.
This method works for most "repack" versions of Autodata 3.38 found online.
Step 1: Mount the ISO
Step 2: Run Setup
Step 3: Installation Process
Step 4: Patching/Cracking
Step 5: Language Configuration
Autodata 3.38 often fails to open or shows “Database not found” on Windows 10. Here’s the fix:
Register OCX/DLL files manually (open CMD as admin): Autodata 3.38 Install Windows 10
cd /d C:\Autodata
regsvr32 mscomctl.ocx
regsvr32 comdlg32.ocx
regsvr32 msflxgrd.ocx
Ignore any “already registered” messages.
Set data folder permissions:
Disable Data Execution Prevention (DEP) for Autodata: If using a server with IP 192
This is the most common fix for users getting an "Unhandled Exception" error upon launch. This happens because the install path isn't properly registered in the Windows 10 environment.
