This is the professional route. Unity, combined with the VRM Add-on for Unity (maintained by vrm-c/UniVRM), is the official method for creating VRChat or cluster-ready avatars.

VRM is an open standard for 3D avatars built on top of GLTF 2.0. Think of it as a GLB file with a "brain" and "instructions" attached.


A raw GLB file typically contains a generic armature (skeleton). VRM requires a specific humanoid bone mapping. This is the most common point of failure.
