Step 1: Download the full software suite
Obtain the file Kodak_AiO_Home_Center_8.4.10.exe (or similar). The version number is less important than the model series.
Step 2: Run as Administrator
Right-click the installer → Run as administrator. This is mandatory for registry writing.
