Step 2: Open Save Wizard on PC.

Step 3: Import the Modded Save.

Step 4: Transfer back to PS4.

Note for Save Mounter (Jailbroken Only): If you have a jailbroken PS4 (Firmware 9.00 or below), you can use Apollo Save Tool to directly resign saves without paying for Save Wizard.
