The engine wiring harness on the Clio 1.5 dCi rubs against the EGR valve pipe and the cylinder head. Over time, the insulation wears away, exposing the CAN bus twisted-pair wires (usually yellow and green). When these short or touch ground, the link is broken.
The Turbo Pressure Regulator Solenoid Valve is the most frequent cause of DF137. It is a small, usually black or green plastic component with three vacuum hoses and a two-pin electrical plug.
