There is a narrow exception: the “R51” and “R851” mainboard families used across dozens of TCL Android TV models from 2018-2021. Because these boards share a reference design from MediaTek, some IMG files are cross-compatible. If you own a TCL 55P8M, a 50EP660, or a 43P615, you might indeed find a single IMG that works across them.
But note the specificity. Note the version number. Note the bootloader string. This is not all models. This is a handful of models sharing a common ancestor.
