Step 3: Run the Software
Right-click the AdjProg.exe (or the exclusive resetter file) and select "Run as Administrator." Do not just double-click.

Step 6: Perform the Reset Navigate to the "Waste Ink Pad Counter" tab. Click "Check" to read the current value. Then, check the box labeled "Main Pad Counter" and possibly "Platen Pad Counter" (depending on your exclusive version). Click "Initialization" or "Reset." A progress bar will appear. Step 7: Finalization The software will ask you to turn the printer off and on. Do this manually. When the printer restarts, the flashing lights should be gone. Run a nozzle check to ensure print quality.
Upload any downloaded file to VirusTotal.com before running it. Legitimate L3100 resetters should trigger no more than 1–2 false positives (often heuristic detections).
