Now the map got interesting. He crossed into Romania via the new Road to the Black Sea DLC. The terrain changed: rolling hills, stray dogs on the roadside, Cyrillic lettering mixed with Latin. His GPS led him through Bucharest’s chaotic ring road, then toward Ruse on the Bulgarian border.
Border crossings in ETS2 were always tense. He pulled into the green channel, presented his papers (a simple spacebar press), and waited as the in-game clock ticked. A guard waved him through. No inspection. Lucky.
Bulgaria was sunrise again—wheat fields, Soviet-era monuments, and potholes that made him slow to 50 km/h. He stopped in Sofia for fuel and a burger (virtual, but his stomach growled anyway).
