The golden age of free streaming is ending. The Indian giants (Reliance, Zee, and Viacom18) are aggressively pursuing copyright. More importantly, the Romanian National Audiovisual Council (CNA) has started blocking pirate domains.

The future is hybrid. We are seeing the rise of AVOD (Ad-Supported Video on Demand) platforms like MX Player and Pocket TV, which are slowly expanding into Eastern Europe. While not entirely free, they offer a legitimate way to watch Indian content with Romanian subs for the cost of a few advertisements.
