The Hack: Go to Settings > Display > Shot Meter Position. Move it from "Wrist" to "Above Head."
Why it works: Your peripheral vision is better at tracking motion above your eye line than at your wrist (which requires eye saccades). By placing the meter above your head, you train your brain to sync the release timing with the apex of your real-life jump.
