Interesting trick: HP boards check DMI checksum. If wrong after flash → 5 beeps. Repair by zeroing DMI area (forces rebuild on next boot) or inject correct serial.

Crucial Warning: Do not use a BIOS bin from the Pro 3500 Small Form Factor (SFF) or the Pro 3400 series. The memory mapping and Super I/O chips differ. Using the wrong bin will genuinely brick your board beyond simple recovery.
