Yes, if: You have a moderate internet connection, own a laptop or tablet with a 720p screen, and want to watch the film with your Hindi-speaking family without using 15GB of data.
No, if: You own a 4K TV and want to appreciate the cinematography of Roger Pratt (Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets). In that case, buy the original BluRay or rent it digitally.

However, the persistence of this search term ("700MB better") highlights a genuine market gap. As of 2024-2025, Inkheart is rarely streamed on major Indian OTT platforms (like Netflix or Prime Video) with a Hindi dub. Fans searching for this file are simply looking for access to a beloved nostalgic film that studios have neglected to re-release for the Indian market.
You specifically asked about the Hindi Dual Audio 720p BluRay 700mb version. Here is a technical breakdown of what that specification means for your viewing experience: Yes, if: You have a moderate internet connection,
1. Video Quality (720p BluRay):
2. File Size (700MB):
3. Audio (Hindi Dual Audio):
In an era of 4K remuxes that eat up 50GB of storage, the 700MB print stands as a triumph of compression technology (usually utilizing x264 codec). Here is why this file size is superior for the average viewer: 3. Audio (Hindi Dual Audio):
India has a massive market for English fantasy films, but Inkheart benefits enormously from localization. The original English voice cast is fantastic, but the Hindi dubbing (often done by Sony Pictures or Excel Entertainment for home video) brings the characters of Mo (Silvertongue), Dustfinger, and Capricorn to life for a wider audience.

Interesting. I'm also blocked and I'm using Google's DNS and not Virgin Media's. A simple VPN service can still access Pirate Bay as predicted.
Argh, me hearties and shiver me timbers. I hope it doesn't happen in Australia. I'd never be able to "evaluate" anything.
Its a terrible move, I'm disguised by the UK corurts and the government/s who helped/allowed this to happen.

Italy routinely blocks gambling sites which are not registered with the state gambling monopoly (http://www.aams.gov.it) … which would appear to violate the spirit of free commerce within the EU.

I’m another person who thinks it’s a terrible decision by the court. It won’t make a dent in piracy, but just makes it easier for more censorship of websites in the future than private companies such as music rights holders disagree with for any reason.
Sites in the U.S have already been mistakenly taken offline and then brought back a year later, for example. If that’s someone’s sole earnings, then they’re utterly stuck for 12 months without cash, and presumably might not even know until one day their traffic drops off a cliff.
The only good thing is that at least I can avoid using ISPs that have complied with these court orders for the time being, along with using a VPS etc, and that it may encourage more people in the future to check out the Pirate Party, Open Rights Group, etc etc.
