After completing 2, 3, or 5 offers, you are told: "Server busy. Try again tomorrow." You never see the private photos. The scammers have earned affiliate revenue from your clicks and subscriptions. All of these are lies
You receive a link (often via DM or Reddit) claiming to show private photos. When you click, a script runs that steals your browser cookies, including your active Instagram session.
