Ir2153 Proteus Library Download Review
If you downloaded a symbol but no working simulation model, here’s how to add the official IR2153 SPICE model:
This manual method only fails if the SPICE model uses nodes or syntax incompatible with Proteus’s built-in engine (SimCode). However, it often works for straightforward power ICs.
The IR2153 is a popular self-oscillating half-bridge driver, commonly used in switch-mode power supplies (SMPS), electronic ballasts, and Class D audio amplifiers.
However, Proteus does not include IR2153 in its default library. You need to download or create a model.
