Default rule: block all traffic from LAN to WAN (you must add allow rules).
Example – allow LAN → WAN:
Kerio Control acts as a DNS forwarder for the LAN. It caches DNS requests to speed up browsing and allows you to create custom internal DNS records (Hosts) without needing a separate Windows DNS server. kerio control 9.4.2
Kerio Control 10 (now rebranded under GFI) introduced a complete UI overhaul, better cloud management, but dropped support for 32-bit and some legacy NICs. Migration from 9.4.2 is one-way (configuration converter tool). Be aware that licensing model changed to subscription-only. Rules process in order (top → bottom)
