Load Mp4 Hd9
Most Smart TVs cannot play an HD9 MP4 from a USB drive due to file size (FAT32 limitations) or codec incompatibility.
Solution:
Cause: The MP4 container holds a video track (e.g., HEVC) and an audio track (e.g., DTS-HD or FLAC). Your player supports the container but not the audio codec. Fix: Load the file into VLC and go to Audio > Audio Device and toggle. If that fails, use Xmedia Recode to copy the video stream but convert the audio stream to AAC (which every device supports).
