Solution: This is the free version limitation. To remove it, you’d need an old license key (no longer sold). Alternatively, crop the bottom 20 pixels in your final video editor.

Solution: Reduce the resolution. Go to Preferences > Video > Set capture resolution to 640x480 or 800x600. Turn off “High quality keying” if the option exists. Solution: This is the free version limitation
