Entertainment doesn't mean constant activity. Teach children the value of boredom. Boredom sparks imagination. Allow 30–60 minutes of unstructured, unplugged time where they decide what to do (without a device).
A better lifestyle is impossible without sleep. Many SD children are chronically sleep-deprived because of late-night gaming or TV.
Don't just eat white rice and chicken nuggets! Your body needs colors.
One mistake of modern parenting is filling every blank space with a tablet. A better lifestyle teaches kids that boredom is the seed of creativity. When an anak SD says, "I'm bored," respond with: "Great! That's your imagination’s invitation."
Parents should set aside 15 minutes of gadget-free talk every evening. Ask specific questions: "What made you laugh today?" or "Was there a moment you felt frustrated?" This builds resilience.
