Cause: An older or newer version already exists.

Fix: Ensure you have Windows 7 SP1 or Windows 8.1 Update (KB2919355). Edge 109 does not support Windows RT or Windows 10S. Cause: You are trying to install Edge 109
Microsoft ended support for Edge 109 on October 10, 2023.
This means:
