When you use this grammar point, you are giving examples of actions. It implies that you did these things, but you might have done other things as well (or you are just listing a few representative actions).

To get the correct answer for the question part (the Q), you must convert the polite form (masu-form) into the dictionary form (plain form) to place it before the noun "hito" (person).

(Iie, zenbu tabenakute mo ii desu – No, you don’t have to eat everything.)
