This is where PES 2013 becomes magical. When a real player retires, the game generates a 16-year-old rookie with the same name, appearance, and Growth Type. If you sign a 16-year-old version of a retired legend who had "Full" growth, you get a teenager who will be world-class by 20 and stay world-class until 40.
