While the digital store allows Arabic subtitles, the physical Arabic Exclusive disc contains unique BD-Java menus entirely in Arabic. Dumping this specific CUSA results in a PKG that fails to load saves from the EU version.

It is crucial to separate the concept of "PKG" from piracy.

That said, because many Arabic exclusives are out of print and unavailable on modern PS Stores (especially for PS4), the morality becomes gray. Preservationists argue that these cultural artifacts—full Arabic dubs with regional voice actors—deserve to be archived before they disappear entirely.

Note: This article does not condone piracy. We encourage supporting developers by purchasing official copies on PSN MENA stores if available.

An Arabic Exclusive PS4 PKG falls into one of three categories:

  • Regional Variants
Standard games that have a specific product code (e.g., CUSA-XXXXX) designated for the Middle East, sometimes with altered box art or censorship (e.g., toned down nudity or religious references).

  • Community-Made Arabic Patches
Since official Arabic support is limited, the Arabic gaming scene (e.g., teams like SonyPSX, PS4Arab, or GameZingo) creates custom PKG files that inject full Arabic translations into games that lack it. These are not official and require a jailbroken PS4.
