This is the faster method if you trust the source.
Connect PSP to PC: Via USB. In the PSP’s XMB, go to Settings > USB Connection.
Navigate to the GAME folder: On your Memory Stick, open PSP/GAME/. If the GAME folder doesn’t exist, create it manually.
Create a Game Folder: Inside PSP/GAME/, make a new folder named exactly: SLUS00407 (US version) or SLES01546 (EU version). The folder name must match the game’s Title ID. You can find the ID inside a pre-made EBOOT using a tool like PSP Brew.
Copy the Files: Place EBOOT.PBP (and DOCUMENT.DAT if present) into that folder. psp resident evil 2 eboot install
Safety Eject & Play: Disconnect USB. On the PSP XMB, go to Game > Memory Stick. You should see the Resident Evil 2 icon. Press X to launch.
