C:\Program Files\Corel\CorelDRAW Graphics Suite 2024\Programs64\
Ensure you select the folder containing CorelDRW.exe.
| Problem | Likely Fix | |---------|-------------| | Plugin not appearing in macros | Check GMS folder path and restart CorelDRAW | | “Cannot connect to laser” | Run RDWorks standalone first, verify COM port | | Start button does nothing | Ensure “Download to Laser” was clicked first | | Colors ignored | Set color mapping or force “Use Layer Colors” in plugin | | Cuts double lines | Check if object stroke is converted to outline; use Hairline stroke (0.001 mm) | | Wrong layer detected | Objects must be on different CorelDRAW layers, not just grouped by color |
If you engrave a black shape and a red shape that overlap, by default the engrave will happen, then the cut. Use "Remove Overlap" in the plugin advanced settings to prevent double-burning the overlap area.
