The "Red and Blue" system replaces all Terrorists with high-luminosity Red models and all Counter-Terrorists with high-luminosity Blue models. This removes ambiguity. You see red, you shoot. You see blue, you hold.

Why the green head? Human peripheral vision is most sensitive to the color spectrum between yellow and green. By adding a neon-green head hitbox, players experience:

Older packs looked pixelated on modern screens (1080p+). The "new" versions come with upscaled textures that look crisp on widescreen, while retaining the original low-poly charm.

This ensures all CTs look blue with green head, all Ts look red with green head.
