On your PC, right-click the RUU .exe file and select Run as Administrator.

Accept the Windows security warnings. The RUU Wizard will open.

Follow the on-screen prompts. It will check your current image version, then begin the flash (this takes 5–10 minutes).

Do not touch the USB cable or close the window. The phone will reboot several times. The screen may go black—this is normal.

Once the progress bar reaches 100% and the wizard says "Update Complete," your phone will reboot into a pristine, stock Ice Cream Sandwich (with HTC Sense).
