Aramco Schedule G - Saudi

A standard Schedule G runs between 30 and 50 pages, depending on project-specific addenda. However, nearly every version revolves around six critical pillars.

Schedule G divides subcontractable work into two schedules:

As an external party, you cannot download Schedule G publicly. You will receive it as part of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Invitation to Tender (ITT) from Saudi Aramco’s procurement system: saudi aramco schedule g

Warning: Never rely on a 3rd-party copy for a live bid. Always use the version attached to your specific RFQ.

When submitting a proposal, include a clear statement like: A standard Schedule G runs between 30 and

“We acknowledge and accept Saudi Aramco’s Schedule G (General Commercial Conditions) as attached to this ITT No. [XXXX]. No exceptions or modifications are taken.”

If you must propose changes (risky), attach a separate Exception Sheet with clear justification. Warning: Never rely on a 3rd-party copy for a live bid

When you sign a Saudi Aramco contract incorporating Schedule G, you are legally committing to the following rules:

| Item | Status | |------|--------| | Read Schedule G fully | ☐ | | Understood governing law (Saudi) | ☐ | | Reviewed insurance requirements | ☐ | | Assessed uncapped indemnity risk | ☐ | | Confirmed payment terms & VAT | ☐ | | Noted termination for convenience | ☐ | | Obtained legal review (if high value) | ☐ | | Prepared to comply with Saudi e-invoicing (ZATCA) | ☐ |

Schedule G is a section in Saudi Aramco’s commercial and subcontracting documentation that lists required equipment, services, or compliance items suppliers and contractors must provide or meet for a specific scope of work. For companies bidding on Aramco projects, understanding Schedule G is essential because it defines mandatory deliverables, quality expectations, and administrative requirements that can affect bid eligibility, contract performance, and payment.
