This is almost always the issue. Windows Defender, McAfee, or Norton see a .bin file being accessed by an .exe and flag it as suspicious. In reality, it is a false positive.
The Fix:
This is where “selective” becomes important. setup-fitgirl-selective-english.bin
The installer usually requires all .bin files and the setup.exe to be in the same folder. This is almost always the issue
