Bentley is gradually moving toward cloud-based collaboration. The iTwin platform now allows STAAD models to be synchronized with digital twins. While not a free "viewer" in the traditional sense, the iTwin Experience Viewer (which supports STAAD files via the iTwin Importer) is becoming the enterprise standard for large infrastructure projects.
