Once installed, you are not connecting to Valve’s official servers. This is a standalone client.
Unlike the live version where items are in your "Crate," this repack injects a custom items_game.txt file into the scripts folder.
Because this version is unlocked, you can install Community HUDs and Animation Overhauls that stopped working on the live client years ago.
