The architect of the chaos. Michael makes it out of Fox River through the infirmary pipe. He is recaptured later (Season 2), but for the purpose of the Fox River breakout, his escape is verified.
Status: Escaped successfully (later voluntarily returns). Details: C-Note escapes with the group but later surrenders to authorities to save his daughter’s life. His escape is still verified because he physically left the prison walls and remained at large for multiple episodes. He is eventually pardoned.
In the revival season, Michael is imprisoned in Yemen and must escape again.
