360 Custom Dashboard — Xbox
Disclaimer: This assumes you already have an RGH-modded Xbox 360 running XeXMenu. You are responsible for local laws regarding modding.
What you need:
Step 1: Prepare the USB
Extract the Aurora folder to the root of your USB. It should look like E:\Aurora\default.xex. xbox 360 custom dashboard
Step 2: Launch via XeXMenu
Plug the USB into your 360. Open XeXMenu. Navigate to USB0:/Aurora/ and launch default.xex. Aurora will start.
Step 3: Initial Setup Aurora will ask you to set a "Root Folder" for games. Disclaimer: This assumes you already have an RGH-modded
Step 4: Autoboot (Optional but Recommended) You don't want to launch XeXMenu every time you turn on the console.

Before diving into how-to, it is crucial to understand why someone would risk voiding a warranty (long expired anyway) to change their dashboard.
The stock Xbox 360 dashboard, especially in its final "Metro" iteration (2011–present), suffers from several pain points:
