Xender on Android 4.1.2 is still useful if you:
Just stick to version 4.0.1, sideload it carefully, and use it offline. It won’t win any beauty contests, but it will get the job done.

Critical Warning: The Google Play Store no longer supports Android 4.1.2 (Play Services ended updates for Jelly Bean in 2021). You cannot download Xender directly from the Play Store. Instead, you must use a trusted APK.
