Step 1: Launch Xpadder as Administrator
SKIDROW games sometimes block input hooks. Right-click Xpadder.exe → Run as Administrator.

To create the profile, you need to know what the game expects. Here are the default MW3 PC controls:
| Action | Default Key | | :--- | :--- | | Move Forward | W | | Move Backward | S | | Move Left | A | | Move Right | D | | Fire / Shoot | Left Mouse Button (LMB) | | Aim Down Sight | Right Mouse Button (RMB) | | Melee / Knife | V | | Reload / Use | R | | Jump / Stand | Spacebar | | Crouch / Prone | C | | Sprint | Shift | | Frag Grenade | G | | Special Grenade | Q | | Night Vision | N | | Scorestreak / Killstreak | Tab (sometimes varies) | | Pause / Menu | Esc |
Cause: Xpadder treats analog triggers as axes, not buttons.
Fix: In Xpadder, edit the trigger assignment → Set “Actuation Point” to 20% (so a light pull clicks). Uncheck “Full Pull Required.” Step 6: Test Movement Press Left Stick up
Before assigning keys, you must configure the controller in Xpadder.
Since you are playing the SKIDROW release (a cracked version), the game likely defaults to Keyboard & Mouse with limited native controller support.

Do not just assign the mouse to the right stick. Open Xpadder’s “Stick Settings” for the Right Stick:
For the Left Stick, set Dead Zone to 20% and Curve to Aggressive – this makes the digital “WASD” feel more analog.
