Yugioh Power — Of Chaos Joey The Passion All Cards Best

Yu-Gi-Oh! Power of Chaos: Joey the Passion is the third and final entry in Konami’s PC-exclusive Power of Chaos series (following Yugi the Destiny and Kaiba the Revenge). Released in 2004, it simulates duels against Joey Wheeler, with his signature Luck-based, Warrior, and Red-Eyes themed decks.

Unlike modern simulators, this game has a linear progression system: you unlock cards one by one by defeating Joey repeatedly at different difficulty levels. There is no card shop, no trading, and no online play.

Before diving into the "best" cards, you must understand the grind. Unlike modern simulators, Joey the Passion does not give you all 700+ cards upfront. You start with Joey’s Starter Deck (Red-Eyes, Alligator’s Sword, Panther Warrior) and must defeat opponents to earn points (DP) to buy packs.

The full card list contains 358 cards (some sources cite 360, but 358 is the official locked number). These include iconic cards from Battle City, including cards Joey used and many he never did. yugioh power of chaos joey the passion all cards best

Once you beat Yugi, you unlock "Spectator Mode" and the ability to buy the "Ultimate Pack," which contains the rarest SSRs.

Because the AI is predictable, certain combos become “best”: Yu-Gi-Oh

| Card | Type | Notes | |------|------|-------| | Axe of Despair | Equip | +1000 ATK. Searchable, reusable if destroyed. | | United We Stand | Equip | +800 ATK per monster you control. Easy OTK with tokens. | | Mage Power | Equip | +500 ATK per S/T you control. Better than Axe in heavy backrow decks. | | Harpie’s Feather Duster | Spell | Destroys all opponent S/T. Rare, but devastating. | | Heavy Storm | Spell | Destroys all S/T on field. Riskier but more accessible. | | Tribe-Infecting Virus | Monster | Discard 1, declare type → destroy all face-up monsters of that type. Unfair. | | Jinzo | Monster | Negates all traps while face-up. AI relies on traps. | | Fiber Jar | Monster | FLIP: both players shuffle all cards into deck, draw 5. Resets lost games. |
