Assuming you have obtained a legitimate, license-compliant portable package, follow these steps:
Step 1: Extract the Package
Download the AVCLabs_PE_Portable.zip file and extract it to a folder on your USB drive (e.g., D:\PortableApps\AVCLabs).

Do not plug the USB into a public computer yet. Open the folder and look for AVCLabsPhotoEnhancerAI_Portable.exe. Right-click and "Run as Administrator" on your own PC first to ensure the AI models unpack correctly.
