You have three options:
Option A: Burn to CD/DVD (Useless for modern PCs but works on old ones)
Option B: Create a Bootable USB (Recommended)
Note: If your target machine is a 64-bit-only UEFI system (no CSM), this ISO will not boot. You need a 64-bit PE instead. Hbcd-pe-x86.iso

Download the correct version. The official version is Hiren’s BootCD PE x64. Option B: Create a Bootable USB (Recommended)
Note: exact toolset varies by Hiren’s release/version.
You cannot simply copy the .iso file to a USB drive; it will not boot. You must "burn" the image to the drive.
